adapters and sockets for all the various SMT IC Packages. Fast, high
quality quick turn custom projects are our specialty. We offer
probing, logic analyzer, prototyping, SMT package emulator adapters
for all SMT package types and GHz bandwidth sockets for all BGA and
(MLF/QFN) devices. The GHz socket line for BGA/MLF/QFN have
bandwidth of over 10 GHz and pitches from 0.3-1.27mm. These sockets
are only 2.5mm larger than the IC and can accommodate power over 60
watts. SMT adapter sockets for BGA and MLF/QFN devices allow PCB
level interconnect to SMT pads for prototype or production.
