Synergetix
designs and manufactures high reliability interconnect solutions for
the OEM electronic market. Synergetix primarily uses spring contact
probes as its contact methodology. They are manufactured by our sister
company, Interconnect Devices Inc. (IDI). For over 25 years, IDI
probe technology has proven to deliver consistent, reliable resistance
over multiple mating cycles with a wide degree of design flexibility.
Synergetix specializes in applying the virtues of this contact
technology to unique integrated solutions. Our expertise in spring
probes allows us to create connectors which exhibit extraordinary
performance. Some are capable of bandwidths well above 10 GHz; others
achieve densities as fine as 0.25 mm pitch. Current as great as 45
amps per contact, low and repeatable contact resistance values, and
easy blind mate characteristics are available, and most designs offer
extreme reliability over hundreds of thousands of insertions and in
the most demanding environmental conditions.
Such performance brings Synergetix into the most demanding
applications, including those found in the military, medical, and
aerospace electronics industries. Synergetix and IDI are certified to
ISO9001-2000 standards, and maintain one of the most extensive
characterization laboratories in the area.
