Fujipoly Zebra Connectors for LCDs

Fujipoloy Zebra connectors for LCDs make redundant electrical contact using 140 conductive pads per inch.

Fujipoly introduced the Zebra 2004 Elastomeric Connector, which when positioned between a printed circuit board and a parallel device such as an LCD display, makes redundant electrical contact using 140 conductive pads per inch.

The low-cost interconnect device is made from alternating layers of conductive carbon-filled and non-conductive silicone. This unique construction makes the connector ideal for devices with pad spacing as close as .020″ (.50mm). It can deliver a current-carrying capacity of 50mA per .040″ x .040″ pad and can be specified in custom lengths up to 9″ (230mm).

To accommodate as many applications as possible, the Fujipoly Zebra connectors are available in widths from .015″ (.38mm) to .118″ (3.0mm) and has an operational temperature range of -50°C to +125°C.
