TTI offers the SPTAF 1 connector family from Phoenix Contact, which features low-profile housings, quick and easy push-in spring-wire terminations, an 8A and 300V UL rating, and a choice of three user-friendly spring-lever options. The IL Series stands 8mm high and requires a standard screwdriver to open the connection. The EL and LL Series measure 10.2mm and just shy of 11mm high, respectively, and can both be opened with the simple press of a lever. The LL Series also features a locking lever that holds the connector in an open position, allowing installers to use both their hands for wiring, and all three series can accept solid or ferruled wires without opening the spring connection, can be color-coded to prevent mismating, and feature integrated test points.
WAGO’s new lever-actuated, high-current PCB Terminal Blocks are available in three series that enable streamlined, compact, and tool-free power connections for 24–4 AWG conductors. The new 2604, 2606, and 2616 Series terminal blocks feature the company’s proprietary Push-In CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, which allows users to terminate solid or ferruled wires without opening the spring connection, and are rated for up to 600V. The series also offer side or top conductor entry, two test port directions (0° and 90° to the PCB), and pin spacing spanning 5–11.5mm, and are approved to IEC/EN 60664-1 and UL1059 recognized; UL/CSA approvals are still pending.
